Monday Giveaway- "Allie" Headband in Your Choice of Colors

This week's giveaway is for a headband that is beautiful for babies and girls of all ages. The "Allie" headband is the "big sister" to the very popular Emma and Bella styles in my shop. It fits, because the product line is named for three sisters, and Allie is the big sister in that set, too! 

"Allie" headbands consist of two dimensional felt flowers set alongside one another and trimmed with felt leaves on either side. I can make them in a wide variety of color combinations- you can choose the colors you'd like in this "your choice" listing. The "Allie" headband is $9.50 and available in sizes from newborns on up.  And (best of all in my opinion since my girls are getting so much bigger!)- the headband still looks fashionable and fun on big girls, too!

Giveaway: Autumn Trio of Small Pixie Posies

This week's giveaway is for the beautiful set of three fall-themed pixie posy clips pictured here.

I was immediately drawn in by the autumn themes in the buttons that are featured in these clips- it really makes for a unique and fun fall look! I've never seen anything like this anywhere else. :) Because I have a limited supply of the centers and have to purchase them in sets myself, these flowers will only be available in the set of three, at least at first. Monday Giveaway- Pink Polka Dot Shabby Flower Headband

This week's popular choice for the giveaway was pretty clear. :) This fun pink shabby flower with little green leaves on a fuchsia headband won the popular vote on my Facebook page, so that's the item I'll be giving away this week. :)

One of the things I love most about making bows is continually improvising and finding new ways to do things and new styles to try, and this flower is one that I simply fell in love with. This "need" to continually create is one of the things that makes me glad that I do this because I love it and not just to pay the bills. Of course it's always nice have a little for the extras in life... but it's a wonderful gift to be able to just have a hobby that pays for itself, and I find myself so much happier and more well-adjusted when I can remember that that's why I'm doing it. Making new things every day makes me feel like I'm staying in touch with the creative drive behind why I went into this in the first place, so that's one reason why you'll always see me doing something new!

Anyway, because I love my stuff so much and it represents such an investment of the heart to me, I love giving it away- it really isn't even about boosting sales or gaining fans- I just like to share it. :) It truly gives me joy each week to be able to send free stuff to someone who might not ever be inspired to buy it from some stranger who lives in Michigan... but who would love it all the same. And in the economy we all live in these days, a little something for free is never a bad thing. :)

Monday Giveaway- The Princess and Her Carriage Clip Set

This week, I've been thinking PRINCESS a lot, since, of course, I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old, and I hear about them constantly... but also because I just bought airplane tickets for our upcoming (very first!) trip to Disney World! So this week's giveaway is in line with that theme.

This is the Princess and her Carriage clip set  which has one Princess clip and one Carriage clip. So cute and fun for mismatched pigtails! I've never seen anything else quite like this, so these are so unique and fun and different.

My favorite thing about the Princesses is that they are available in ethnicities to represent the wondrous variety with which God has created the people of this world.
